BASI Pilates
This project covers the renewal of BASI Pilates Korea's website, together with advertising landing pages and an education management system.
The project direction separates navigation and landing pages for instructor training and general lessons, helping visitors explore education schedules and studio information before proceeding to consultation or trial-lesson requests.
The scope focuses on location-based search visibility, clear mobile calls to action, program applications and administration, and an extensible foundation for conversion-tracking tags. It connects brand information, user actions, and administrative workflows within one service.

Through client interviews and consultations we derived the project's core requirements, and based on those insights we designed it around five areas that needed improvement from user experience and brand perspectives.

Purpose-driven user journeys: Separate navigation and landing pages for instructor training and general lessons, with clear paths from information discovery to consultation and trial-lesson requests.

Location-based discovery: Organize information and booking or consultation links for 12 studios on dedicated pages, with location-aware URLs, metadata, and heading structures.
3.
Applications connected to education operations: Include application workflows spanning questionnaires, contract signatures, payment guidance, and administrator confirmation, together with capacity and application-status management.
4.
Mobile conversion and measurement foundations: Focus on clear mobile calls to action, concise request forms, and accessibility, with a structure designed to extend completion events and conversion-tracking tags.
