This project enhanced the SwingCraft website for LaonPeople’s AI golf solution, with the goal of improving UI/UX quality, expanding admin capabilities, and strengthening web performance and operational stability. We reorganized the overall UI structure, refined the design system, rebuilt responsive layouts, optimized performance, and reinforced content management capabilities to improve both user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Through these improvements, SwingCraft strengthened its professionalism and credibility as an AI-powered golf education platform and established a stronger foundation for future service expansion.
The client requested a comprehensive cleanup of the UI structure and improved maintainability across the site. The existing SwingCraft pages lacked consistent layout patterns, resulting in inconsistent content spacing, alignment, and visual structure. The gap between desktop and mobile UI was significant, causing experience fragmentation, and the brand tone and manner varied by screen, reducing overall visual quality. LaonPeople asked for a cleaner, more intuitive visual system aligned with the service purpose.
They also required improvements to the admin experience and overall maintainability. The existing admin panel had a complex menu and feature layout, making content management and data viewing inefficient. The client requested expanded admin features—such as banner management, program management, and video content uploads—so the operations team could manage updates directly. They also asked to resolve issues such as system errors and duplicate input.
In addition, LaonPeople requested quality improvements to strengthen brand trust as an AI-based golf solution provider. This included web performance improvements (such as LCP and CLS), applying a unified design guide, optimizing image and video resources, and establishing a GA4-based user analytics environment.
We restructured the UI and improved visual consistency across the site by standardizing spacing, alignment, and visual elements to establish a consistent brand tone and manner. Inefficient UI elements were removed, page structures were reorganized to match user flows, and responsive UI was comprehensively updated to keep the experience consistent across desktop and mobile.
We upgraded the admin panel by adding new features such as banner management, program/lesson management, and video content management. We reorganized data input structures, removed unnecessary fields and duplicate functions, and redesigned the UX so the operations team can update content without development support. Operational efficiency was improved through better permission separation, list sorting, and enhanced search capabilities.
We also improved performance, stability, and code quality by refactoring into reusable components, removing duplicated code, and cleaning up styling. Performance was enhanced through image optimization and lazy loading, and a formal analytics setup was established via GA4 and Tag Manager integration. Deployment automation and testing environments were improved to increase development and operational efficiency.
Finally, we enhanced brand perception and overall UX by applying high-quality design aligned with LaonPeople’s AI brand image, strengthening consistency across visual elements to improve credibility, refining program guidance and feature introduction flows to increase clarity, and improving mobile accessibility to support a wider range of users.
