This project built UTIL SUPPORT, an all-in-one web workspace that consolidates a wide range of utility tools into a single, structured service environment to maximize productivity. Users can access and use the tools immediately through a web browser without complex software installation or a sign-up process.
The platform provides core functions frequently needed by professionals across roles—especially developers and planners—through an intuitive, user-friendly interface. With accessibility and usability as first principles, UTIL SUPPORT delivers an efficient utility ecosystem where anyone can complete essential tasks quickly and easily.
We designed the service to remove all entry barriers by allowing immediate use of every tool without sign-up or login. The plan was to provide full access even for non-registered users, aiming to eliminate friction entirely. A privacy-friendly policy was also planned, with a focus on collecting no personal data in order to build user trust and support low-pressure adoption.
We planned a broad set of tools centered on real-world 업무 needs. The platform was designed to offer more than 30 utilities across areas such as file conversion, text processing, and design support, with a strong focus on functions frequently used by practitioners in roles like development, design, and marketing. By analyzing role-based needs, the tool set was planned to integrate naturally into everyday workflows and deliver practical value.
We also planned a highly optimized UX with accessibility in mind. Responsive web design was planned to support both mobile and desktop environments across resolutions. The UI/UX approach minimized unnecessary clicks so users can quickly reach the tool they need, supported by search and category filters to navigate a large tool library efficiently. Previews and detailed descriptions were planned per tool to help users understand functionality upfront and use the service without a learning curve.
Finally, we planned independent access and sharing optimization. Each utility was designed to have its own unique URL so users can deep-link directly to specific tools, bookmark frequently used utilities, and share them easily with others—supporting both convenience and organic discoverability.
We established the service foundation through structured strategy and information design. Core target user personas—such as developers, designers, and content planners—were defined to guide 방향. A seven-category system was created (including everyday utilities, file conversion, design tools, marketing, development tools, and fun & general knowledge) to structure more than 30 tools logically. Detailed feature planning and user flows were defined per tool to maintain consistency and completeness during development.
We built a design system to optimize UX across the platform. Wireframes and UI concepts were produced to establish a consistent design language, applying a minimal and intuitive style so users can operate tools without extra learning. The interface was designed to support both dark mode and light mode, enabling a consistent experience across diverse environments while maintaining coherence across a large set of utilities.
We implemented the platform with a modern, stable technical approach. A React-based Single Page Application (SPA) structure was adopted to deliver fast, responsive interactions. Meta tags for SEO were included for each utility so individual tools can be discovered through search engines and shared independently, improving both accessibility and discoverability across the platform.
We also ensured service completeness through broad quality validation. Compatibility testing was conducted across major browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Safari, and mobile responsive testing was performed in both iOS and Android environments. Feedback from target practitioners—including developers, designers, and marketers—was collected and reflected to improve real-world usability, resulting in a platform that balances conceptual completeness with practical value.
