
This project planned and executed a full redesign of JUSTQ’s landing page—an integrated distribution solution supporting global expansion into 20 countries—centered on usability and credibility.
The goal was to communicate the brand’s professionalism and proven distribution outcomes clearly and effectively, while improving conversion performance.
By systematically analyzing and improving the limitations of the existing landing page experience, we aimed to help visitors intuitively recognize JUSTQ’s global distribution capabilities and service quality.
Ultimately, the landing page was positioned as an optimized digital marketing platform that drives tangible business outcomes such as inquiries and contract conversions.

The client requested a stronger sense of professionalism to improve brand trust, as the existing landing page structure and visual components did not sufficiently convey expertise for global expansion support. They required a more credible structural rework and higher visual completeness, including a refined and professional design system that could demonstrate competitiveness in the global market and create immediate trust through consistent visual language and layout.
They also requested a full reconsideration of information architecture and the user journey to reduce drop-off and improve conversion. This included a more logical content flow and intuitive structure that naturally guides visitors to the next step, as well as strategically placed CTA buttons to effectively direct attention toward key actions such as sign-up or inquiries.
In addition, they required performance-driven, data-centered content that proves outcomes—such as domestic and overseas expansion records, partners’ average revenue uplift, and market growth results—combined with persuasive storytelling through real partner success cases and customer testimonials. The goal was to help potential customers clearly understand the service’s practical value through credible data and evidence.
For global audiences, they required technical optimization for multiple environments, implementing responsive design across mobile/tablet/desktop and a clear, concise UI that remains intuitive despite language and cultural differences. This needed to align with global web standards while considering different national internet environments and usage patterns.
Finally, they requested improvements to content management efficiency by designing a modular structure that allows quick and flexible updates or expansion when policies or service details change. This included an admin experience that non-technical operators can use easily, maximizing operational efficiency through a user-friendly management interface.

We implemented an attention-guided information structure to maximize message delivery, organizing sections around a clear “Problem → Solution → Impact” narrative. We first presented real pain points in global expansion, then introduced concrete solutions provided by the platform, and finally showed expected results through a step-by-step structure.
This storytelling approach improved immersion, reinforced connectivity between sections, and increased overall consistency and persuasiveness. Key messages were delivered effectively through layout decisions aligned with natural eye flow.
We strengthened credibility through performance-based, data-centric content, restructuring messaging around measurable outcomes and KPIs. Global expansion scope was communicated via map-style infographics, and high-impact metrics such as partners’ average revenue uplift were placed prominently to clarify practical value. Readability and punch were improved by combining visual elements with numeric data.
We also established a partner-centric trust strategy by showcasing logos and structured partner cases across industries and scales. Success stories were presented in a visually engaging format with concise, high-impact highlights so visitors can quickly recognize proof and connect results to their own context—building both trust and expectation.
For conversion optimization, we designed a strategic CTA system by placing the “Apply for free now” button at both the top and bottom. The top CTA drives immediate action from high-intent visitors, while the bottom CTA captures users who decide after reviewing the full content. CTA styling and copy emphasized urgency and benefit, with strong visual contrast to guide attention naturally.
For global audiences, we implemented responsive design across mobile/tablet/desktop with a simple, clear visual language that remains intuitive across cultural and language differences. We prioritized usability and readability over decorative elements and leveraged globally familiar UI patterns and icons to reduce learning costs.
Lastly, we improved admin usability for non-developers by simplifying navigation, guidance, and input flows. We enabled intuitive content operations through usability-driven UI/UX (e.g., drag-and-drop, one-click edits, real-time preview), reducing operator learning burden while maximizing adoption and operational efficiency.
