This project involved developing the PROJECT FC platform for Amento Ventures to deliver professional, personalized consulting services to aspiring entrepreneurs preparing for startup and franchise businesses, based on the client’s requirements.


To help users plan their startup journey systematically and grow step by step, we designed and implemented user interfaces tailored to the client’s needs for key consulting features such as payment history management, quotation issuance and review, consultation history tracking, and briefing session applications.


As a result, we built a user-centered digital environment where founders can carry out the entire consulting process smoothly within a single integrated platform.

Client Requirements

A one-stop, integrated platform was required so founders and prospective franchise operators could manage all essential startup-preparation services in one place. Many users were struggling with fragmented workflows—handling consultations, quotations, payments, and briefing session registrations across multiple separate systems—so a centralized platform was needed to organize and track each task within a complex, multi-stage startup process. The core objective was to significantly improve user efficiency while preventing confusion and missed steps by providing a single hub that supports structured, end-to-end startup preparation.


Comprehensive consulting history management functionality was also requested so users could easily view and manage consultation records, quotation issuance history, and payment status. It was important to systematically record and organize all interactions and transaction details throughout the consulting journey so users could clearly understand their current progress at any time. By arranging consultation outcomes, quotation details, and payment information chronologically, the platform was expected to ensure continuity across the startup journey and enable users to reference past information quickly—supporting more concrete and consistent discussions with consultants.


In addition, the client required a tailored UI/UX that prioritizes accessibility so users of various age groups—especially first-time founders—can easily understand and use the system. Complex startup tasks needed to be broken into clear steps with guided explanations, while interfaces had to be optimized through readable typography, intuitive button placement, and simple menu structures. Technical terminology and complicated procedures were to be explained in plain language to reduce learning burden, ensuring a user-friendly environment even for older or less tech-savvy users.


Finally, real-time status tracking and communication capabilities were required so users could check the progress of briefing applications and consultation processes instantly, and communicate smoothly with administrators. Users needed transparent updates on approval status, scheduling, quotation preparation, and payment processing to reduce uncertainty and support predictable planning. A direct communication channel between administrators and users was also essential for rapid question handling and request resolution, minimizing ambiguity and reinforcing trust in the overall service experience.

Key Deliverables

We improved platform completeness by designing and building a comprehensive, user-centered interface structure for the startup consulting workflow. A personalized dashboard UI was designed to present each founder’s progress and relevant information by stage, helping users grasp complex processes at a glance. We implemented quotation request and review interfaces so founders can easily request estimates for needed services and clearly verify received quotation details. We also built payment history views and real-time progress/status screens to increase transparency and allow users to track their current state throughout the preparation journey. In addition, we designed and integrated a briefing session application and participation management module to improve accessibility to educational programs and support structured learning opportunities.


To raise service quality, we developed structured features to manage consultation history and processes with continuity and professionalism. A 1:1 consultation record storage and viewing function was implemented so both users and consultants can reference past sessions easily, ensuring consistent follow-up and reducing information loss. We provided stage-based status indicators and management views to clearly define each step of the startup journey, helping users understand where they are and what comes next—reducing anxiety and enabling more systematic preparation. For administrators, list and filter tools were provided to quickly understand each user’s progress and manage multiple founders efficiently, establishing a foundation for individualized support at scale.


We also maximized accessibility through mobile support and a responsive interface. Responsive web implementation ensured a consistent experience across smartphones, tablets, and desktops so founders can use the platform anytime, anywhere. Considering typical startup demographics, we optimized readability through typography, button placement, and contrast, and structured the UI to reduce cognitive load. In particular, the interface was kept simple and step-guided to reflect the needs of mid-to-senior users, minimizing learning burden while keeping complex functions approachable.


Lastly, we built an operational foundation through admin-focused feature design. We implemented workflows for responding to and approving quotation requests, enabling administrators to handle estimates quickly and systematically from drafting through approval. Payment-status monitoring and briefing participant list management supported efficient finance and program operations. We also delivered an integrated admin view for user-by-user consulting progress and support-stage tracking, enabling administrators to monitor many founders at a glance and provide more effective, tailored assistance through a structured operating system.
