This project was carried out at the request of Seonhan Mokja Church to build a dedicated, independent website as the church migrated from the existing The Bridge platform to New Bridge.
As the church transitioned platforms, it became necessary to move beyond a generic platform structure and establish an independent website that fully reflects Seonhan Mokja Church’s unique identity and operational needs. Accordingly, we safely migrated existing platform data and core functions while designing and developing a customized website optimized for the church’s real-world workflows.
To prevent data loss and service disruption during the transition, we established a structured migration plan with verification steps. Through continuous communication with church stakeholders, we prioritized and implemented essential operational features first, enabling a stable launch and more efficient church operations through a tailored platform.
1️⃣ Ensuring Service Continuity Through Platform Migration
Seonhan Mokja Church requested a stable system transition from The Bridge to New Bridge. Preserving and transferring accumulated content and user data without loss was the key priority.
To avoid downtime or disruption to the church’s digital ministry, a carefully staged migration approach was required—one that maintains familiar user flows while enabling users to adapt smoothly to the new environment.
2️⃣ Building a Customized Independent Website Reflecting Church-Specific Needs
The church needed an independent website that fully represents its identity, ministry philosophy, and brand. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all platform structure, the project required a dedicated design and feature set tailored to Seonhan Mokja Church.
In particular, the site needed church-specific UI/UX for worship information, announcements, ministry updates, and other key content, with an emphasis on intuitive navigation and accessibility for both members and visitors.
3️⃣ Non-Developer-Friendly Content Management System (CMS)
A user-friendly CMS was required so church staff could upload, edit, and manage website content without technical expertise.
Key needs included simple workflows for updating worship information, posting announcements, publishing ministry news, and uploading images/videos—supported by tools such as drag-and-drop editing and real-time preview to enable confident day-to-day operation.
💡 Complete Data Migration from The Bridge to New Bridge
We successfully migrated all digital assets from the existing The Bridge platform, including written content, worship media (video/audio), photos, and user account data.
We analyzed differences between the legacy data structure and the New Bridge architecture to ensure compatibility, and applied multi-stage validation to minimize the risk of data loss or corruption—achieving a stable and reliable migration.
💡 Dedicated Independent Website Built Around Seonhan Mokja Church’s Identity
We delivered a customized website that expresses the church’s mission and brand consistently across design and content structure.
Key features included a structured worship information system, an events and schedule view (including a calendar-style experience), and an announcements module for effective communication.
A responsive web implementation ensured a consistent experience across desktop and mobile devices.
💡 Admin System & CMS Built for Church Operators
We built a church-optimized admin system enabling non-technical operators to manage announcements, upload bulletins, and publish worship media with ease.
The CMS includes drag-and-drop uploads, a WYSIWYG editor for real-time editing, and preview functionality to reduce errors.
We also implemented role-based permissions aligned with the church’s organizational structure, allowing differentiated access to menus and functions, and enabling administrators to manage site structure such as menus and page additions.
