This project involved developing a dedicated admin console to enable smooth operations and systematic management of the Matched B2B sales matching service, based on the client’s requirements.
Matched is Korea’s first approver-based B2B sales matching service that introduced a pre-screening (due diligence) process. Unlike typical sales-matching platforms, Matched delivers a highly reliable business connection service by matching verified companies—who have passed strict screening—with real decision-makers (approvers) who hold actual purchasing authority. Through direct matching between approvers, participating companies can collaborate more efficiently and address a wide range of business challenges and needs with higher-quality connections.
DevFive built an integrated management system tailored to Matched’s operating model, enabling the operations team to efficiently manage the matching workflow, company screening, and approver administration. We developed a professional admin console that includes structured data management and the operational tools required to maintain screening rigor and matching quality.
1️⃣ Build an admin console for efficient operations of a matching-based B2B sales platform
A dedicated admin page was required to operate the matching-based B2B sales platform efficiently. The system needed to manage approver matching data, application records, and screening results in a structured way, and include comprehensive operational tools such as approval/rejection and matching-state controls. An integrated admin system was required to handle complex B2B workflows and related data at scale, while enabling admins to monitor platform status in real time and make fast operational decisions.
2️⃣ Provide company/user management features and an intuitive UI/UX
The admin system needed robust company and user management capabilities, including detailed views of registered companies and users, filtering, and activity log tracking. A list/dashboard based on screening status and key operational statistics was required to support data-driven operations. The UI/UX needed to be clean and intuitive so that non-technical operators could use it easily. Overall, the goal was to deliver a user-friendly admin console that maximizes operational efficiency without requiring complex technical knowledge.
💡 Developed matching data and screening status management features
We implemented core functions to manage the entire matching workflow, including matching application lists, approver matching results, and status update controls. A filter/search-based browsing experience was also built to help admins find and verify records quickly. These tools enabled fast, structured handling of complex matching data and improved overall operational efficiency.
💡 Built company/user management and an admin dashboard
We delivered a company/user management system with detailed profiles and activity history tracking. A structured screening workflow was implemented with company approval/hold/rejection actions to support systematic due diligence operations. We also built an admin dashboard that visualizes key metrics such as application volume, matching success rate, and cumulative statistics—helping operators quickly assess platform health and make data-informed decisions.
💡 Designed a responsive admin template with role-based access control
A responsive admin UI template was designed to provide a consistent management experience across desktop and tablet environments. We also implemented role-based menu access restrictions to improve security and tailor the interface by user permission level. This resulted in a polished admin system that improves usability while supporting secure, efficient operations.
